The Society of American Business Editors and Writers (SABEW) and the National Endowment for Financial Education (NEFE) again are offering a one-day personal finance writers workshop in New York on Thursday, October 9 – before the start of the SABEW fall conference at CUNY.

This workshop is geared toward writers and bloggers, producers and editors, and broadcasters who are looking for innovative consumer finance stories they can deliver to their audience in compelling ways. We welcome journalists from all disciplines (lifestyle, features, investigative, general assignment, etc.) to this one-day informative event on personal finance issues.

The workshop will be held at Convene Times Square in midtown Manhattan.

Alzheimer’s and dementia are common references in the conversation of aging and finances, but the natural process of aging still experiences financial impacts from cognitive decline.
